I haven't tried their prime beef and that's the only thing I'd consider...

I have had their standard fare via gift boxes and it is not that great IMHO. I stay away from most mail order beef anymore. Although I've purchased from from Allen Brothers and Lobel's and had good experiences, I'm with hokie80 when he says find a good local butcher. The price and quality will both likely be superior to anything you get shipped.
